In fact, if you read what the business ‘guru’s are saying, that “mid-sized companies must adopt a radical new innovation agenda", you may be forgiven for thinking, ‘yes, sound great, but where do I start?’.
A few years ago, if you went to IT and said you needed to create an ‘innovation agenda’, you would have been laughed out of the building with the response ‘come back in two years’ echoing behind you.
